The Dewey PFO is thrilled to announce the return of this highly anticipated dinner auction and our school’s largest fundraiser of the year!

 

Auction items this year will include an electric cargo bike with accessories, stand- up paddle board, travel experiences, event tickets, and much more!

Dewey Crab Feed FAQ

 

Event Schedule:

 

5:00 – Doors, Bar & Photo Booth Open for mingling and browsing auction items.

6:00 – Dinner is Served (family style).

7:00 – Silent Auction tables begin closing. Tables will close in 3 waves. 

7:45 - Dessert Dash envelopes collected

8:00 – Live Auction Begins!!

8:30 - 9:00 – DESSERT DASH

9:00 - 10:00 – Party Time

 

Do I need to print out my ticket?

For the fastest check-in, please print your ticket(s) or have them pulled up on your phone for us to scan at the door. If you forget, that's okay! We will have a will-call list. 

Will drink tickets be included?

 

This year, drink tickets will not be included with your ticket purchase, per the venue’s rules. However, the No-Host Bar opens at 5pm, fully stocked with a wide variety of Beers, Fine Wines and Spirits! Cash & card are accepted (ATM on-site). No outside food or alcohol will be permitted; however, wine bottles may be opened at the bar with a $10 corkage fee. 

 

Sodas & water will be served free of charge.

 

Will cracking tools and/or condiments be provided? 

 

Each guest will receive a Dewey keepsake sheller! Additional tools or butter warmers will not be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Condiments will include butter pats, clarified butter, cocktail sauce, and lemon. 

 

What is the “Dessert Dash?”

 

Each table will have an envelope for guests to pool Dessert Dash *CASH* together. The amount of money in each envelope determines the order in which each table gets to choose their dessert. The more money pooled, the more dessert options you will have to choose from! Envelopes will be collected after the silent auction closes, and tables will be called immediately after the Live Auction- around 8:30pm.

 

Each guest table (VIP or not) will receive one dessert for the table, even if no money is pooled. Desserts will be on display for guests to browse prior, and there will be an ATM on-site!
